Why is there a starting bid?

In order to have reasonable offers, our team evaluates every asset to provide a fair starting price.

I bid the wrong amount. Can I cancel my bid?

All bids can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the auction is closed.

Please email us at info@entrepex.com to cancel your bid.

We will not accept any cancellation by telephone or via chat.

May I inspect an asset?

All our assets are available to be inspected on MONDAY from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Location of each asset is indicated in the description.

Please note: our team is not authorized to inspect the asset for you. If you decide to bid without proper inspection, be aware that all sales are final and sold as is.
Bidders who fail to pay their sale contract will be banned and their file will be given to our legal department.

Can I test-drive before purchasing?

It is impossible to test-drive an asset. Bidders can only do a visual inspection. However, please note we may start the asset, but it must remain immobile.

Is there any guarantee or warranty on the assets?

No, all our assets are sold ”As is”. Please inspect the lots carefully before bidding. All assets are available on site for inspection.

For manufacturers’ warranties, once you have purchased your asset, you will have to follow their procedures step by steps by contacting them directly with the serial number.

Do you offer financing?

We currently do not offer any financing.

Are there any taxes to pay?

For vehicles, GST will be billed directly on Entrepex Sales Contract and PST will have to be paid at the licence and registration office (SAAQ).

** please note PST is based on the SAAQ estimated value

For all recreational assets (ATV, Motorcycle, RV, Boat, Skidoo, etc.), both taxes are billed on Entrepex sales contract.

What are the payment methods?

We accept, Debit payment (interact) and bank transfers (with receipt).

Please note we do not accept bank draft, credit card and certified checks. No exceptions allowed.

May I cancel a purchase?

No, all sales are final. Bidders who do not meet their obligations will be banned and prosecuted. It is essential to carefully check and inspect the assets, and to ensure that the funds are available to complete the purchase.

Where is the nearest SAAQ so I can register my purchase?

For our Boisbriand location, the closest SAAQ is located at: 100, boulevard Ducharme, Sainte-Thérèse (QC) J7E 3G7.

For our Lévis location, the closest SAAQ is located at: 2600, boulevard Laurier, Québec (QC) G1V 4T3.

Do you offer ”transits” (temporary registration certificate)?

Since these are financial repos sold by banking institutions and/or bankruptcy trustees no temporary registration certificate can be provided.

When can I view auction results?

All results are available online on our website on Thursdays 11:00 AM.

How much time do I have to pay and pick up my purchases?

Following the acceptance of the seller, the winning bidder will receive by email a sales contract. Your purchase will need to be paid and picked up within 72 business hours. If you do not take possession within the prescribed time, a storage fee of $15/day will be charged.

When can I pick up my purchases?

Once you receive your sales contract and payment has been received, you can take possession of your won assets at any time during our open hours.

Do you have equipment to load on site?

We have the equipment to load your asset on site. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Please note, Entrepex assumes no responsibility for the handling of assets and that a release must be signed prior to loading your purchase. If you hire a third party to collect your purchase, a signed power of attorney must be sent to us.

Is it possible to have my vehicle delivered from one of your branches to another one?

Yes, for the sum of 200$ + taxes. Your sale contract must be paid before the transport request.
