In accordance with the terms and conditions of sale of Entrepex, buyer fees can now vary according to the type of asset, the type of file as well as certain particularities applicable to the sale.
The applicable fees will be clearly indicated on the sales declarations and identification labels will also be affixed to each asset in order to allow buyers to know the applicable fees before submitting an offer.

It is the responsibility of each buyer to ensure the amount of fees that could be charged should they be declared the highest bidder.

Buyer fees will be calculated according to the sale price, which is the amount of the offer submitted by the buyer.

Fixed buyer fees

The fixed buyer fee is a predetermined amount that is added to the sales contract, regardless of the final value or price of the asset acquired. This amount remains constant in all cases, whether the asset is of low or high value, and it is not influenced by the price of the winning bid. It is applied automatically when the offer is accepted and is added to the total amount of the transaction, in addition to the applicable taxes.

Progressive Buyer’s Fees

Progressive buyers’ fees correspond to fees that vary according to the value of the acquired asset. In contrast to fixed costs, their amount increases according to the sales value, usually in a tiered structure. The higher the asset value, the higher the applicable fees. These fees are added to the contract of sale in addition to the bid price and also remain subject to applicable taxes.
